Context

Alkemics, a French start-up created in 2011, is the digital platform for collaboration and exchange of product data in the retail industry. It helps brands, retailers and business solutions to digitize, collect and share all their product information in a single secure location: logistics data, marketing arguments, regulatory information (composition and allergens), labels, visuals, enriched content.

Retailers use the platform to discover new products and automate their data collection process inherent to the referencing of products in stores and to all their new omni-channel uses (composition, allergens, visuals, rich content such as recipes and tutorials, but also logistics and pricing data).

Today, more than 17,000 brands use the platform to present and list their products, with 7.5 million exchanges.

After raising €20M in Series B funding, Alkemics is accelerating its development by adapting its solution and data model to the new needs of the market. The platform is strengthening its international presence and diversifying its field of action by connecting more brands and distributors, whatever the sector of activity.

This accelerated growth translates into more and more communication actions on diverse types of communication medium. It is in this context that the needs in graphic design have recently evolved, in particular :

    • To have a flexible production capacity
    • To have a wide enough range of skills to be able to address all graphic design needs
    • Controlling costs related to communication actions, especially graphic design
