Is there a limited number of orders and revisions per month?

You can submit as many briefs as you wish. We process one command at a time: once delivered and validated, we proceed to the next. Revisions are included and unlimited until validation.
Do you have several projects to run in parallel? Simply add a subscription.

Do you need to manage multiple projects at the same time? No problem, just add a subscription.

What is the delivery time?

We deliver on average within 1 to 3 working days for standard orders.

Your project manager will keep you informed as soon as possible after receiving your file if the deadlines can be slightly extended.

What is a standard order?

A social media/web visual, a 2 to 4 page commercial placard, an infographic, a poster, a flyer, a packaging...

=> 1 to 3 days delay for standard order.

What is a more complex / voluminous order?

A set of 100 duplicates for social media, a 50-page brochure, a 30-page corporate presentation...

How does your 30-day warranty work?

All our subscriptions include our 30-day money back guarantee. During your first 30 days of subscription, we offer you this guarantee to allow you to test Feazer safely. During this period, if you are still not satisfied with our service and have not been able to validate a single project with us, we will refund you your first month of subscription in full.

Who owns the rights?

Of course you are! All our creations are made especially for you. Once your order is validated, we will send you the original files in Adobe, JPG, PNG, SVG or PDF format.

For the integrated visuals of the general AI: files are delivered to you with all commercial rights. The licenses of the tools we use cover a commercial use so you can use, modify and broadcast the creations without restriction.

Can I cancel at any time?

You can cancel your subscription at the end of your commitment period (3, 6 or 12 months), provided you notify us by e-mail or on the platform no later than 15 calendar days before the end of your subscription.

Otherwise, your subscription will be renewed under the same terms and conditions as your initial subscription.

If you unsubscribe and wish to resubscribe, we cannot guarantee to assign you the same graphic designer(s) and/or dedicated project leader(s).

What AI tools do you use?

We use several AI tools according to the needs of the project: Midjourney and Firefly for image generation, Adobe Sensei for processing and editing, and other tools integrated directly into our creative workflows.

All these tools are included in our subscriptions you have nothing to subscribe to. We access the best available versions and evolve our workflows over time.
AI is always supervised by a designer, it broadens the scope of creative possibilities, it does not replace creative judgment.

Does AI replace your designers?

No. Our designers use AI as a tool, not as a substitute. Each project is led by an experienced designer who makes creative decisions, checks the consistency with your charter and validates each deliverable. AI allows us to explore more tracks, push concepts further and go for directions that we would not have had time to test otherwise.

Does AI guarantee the consistency of my brand?

Brand consistency depends on the brief and human monitoring, not the tool. That's why each customer has a dedicated project manager who knows your guidelines and forwards them to the team with each new order. AI works in this framework, not outside.
