The Feazer solution is designed for all companies (from SMEs to large companies and agencies) with graphic needs.

Feazer mainly helps marketing and creative teams accelerate their graphic projects, especially when they face bottlenecks due to an overload of graphic projects. The Feazer solution is relevant in the following cases:

👉 At Feazer, we specialize in graphic design and do nothing but graphic design. We have a team with multiple skills and experience in different sectors of activity. We will always have a team available and experienced to help you in your created stakes.

The Feazer solution works all year round except on weekends and public holidays.

How? Thanks to your team of dedicated project leaders and designers and our back-up system!

If your project manager or assigned designers are absent (vacances, illness), you will always have one or more back-ups trained to your brand that will take over your orders.
Indeed, throughout the collaboration we form backups on your brand to ensure the continuity of ongoing creative projects. Thus, when your Project Manager and/or graphic designers are absent, there is no loss of knowledge about your brand and this allows you to have continuous service from Monday to Friday, January to December.

Reminder: a Project Leader and several graphic designers 🧑‍🎨 You are assigned to pilot and carry out all your projects. You always work with the same team: she knows your brand and is available throughout the collaboration.

Yes, we are used to working for international clients.
Feazer is present in 5 countries in Europe: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, England.

We develop several graphic projects for French companies with international subsidiaries (United States, Spain, Germany, England).

You can add as many members as you want. There are no extra costs.

👉 Note: only the Feazer account manager is allowed to add members.

Our platform is designed to facilitate teamwork.
It allows for the centralization of all graphic projects in the same place and for the grouping of all assets and comments by project. Finally, it gives you access to a detailed history of all your deliverables.

Who am I communicating with?
To facilitate our collaboration, you only have one single contact point on the platform: your dedicated Project Leader.
👉 Example: Whether you have 5 projects or 20 projects to deal with, your only point of contact remains your Project Leader.

Role of the Project Leader:

✅ Pilot and monitor all your projects
✅ Ensure quality control before project validation

Project Leader Qualifications:

How do I communicate with my Project Leader?
Here are two communication channels to talk to your Project Leader:

👀 In visio conference: to discuss a complex order to come or debrief a delivery

At Feazer, designers are senior and especially passionate about graphics. They have a solid experience in graphic design. They are specialized in different sectors of activity and have been developing graphic projects for several years.

Whether they are Graphic Designers, Illustrators, Web Designers or Motion Designers, all have the same objective: to create the project combining creative meaning with commercial and marketing issues, which will seduce your target.

We recruit them following a multi-stage recruitment process:

✅ Interview with Human Resources
✅ Interview with the Director of Operations (presentations, course analysis and portfolio review)
✅ Test exercise (quality analysis of creations, time management and control of graphic software).

The designers recruited all have indeterminate and full-time contracts.

We assign you a team (1 project manager + 1 or more designers), for all your orders in order to ensure the consistency and homogeneity of all your designs. 🎨

✅ Your dedicated team is expert on your industry for quick onboarding on your brand and a good understanding of your stakes and projects.

✅ As long as you have an active membership with us, you will always work with the same team. Designers are dedicated to you but also work for a limited number of customers! 🧑‍🎨👩‍🎨

👉 As a reminder, our creative talents are graphic enthusiasts and are rigorously selected following several steps during the recruitment process.

Whether they are Graphic Designers, Illustrators, Web Designers or Motion Designers, all have the same objective: to create the project combining creative meaning with commercial and marketing issues, which will seduce your target.

💡 Depending on your subscription and your project needs, we can add designers to your team such as: Presentation Designer / Illustrator / Web Designer / Motion Designer.

The Project Leader is responsible for:

✅ Understand all your needs/expectations
✅ Analyze your briefs
✅ Make sure the designer understands your brief
✅ Ensure and monitor the quality of the design
✅ Share deliverables with the customer
✅ Analyze client review requests

👉 You can contact your Project Leader via the platform.

Don't panic! If your Project Manager / Graphic Designer is unavailable, it will be automatically replaced.

Indeed, each member of your team has their own replacement in case of absence and will be able to monitor the project and meet your needs. 💪

Feazer is a year-round, subscription-based service that relies on humans and technology to enable you to achieve all your graphic creation quickly, qualitatively and homogeneously, on a large scale, all for a very competitive price.

Our designers work on different software according to their specialty and the needs of the project (Digital, Print, Presentation, Motion, Web Design...).

👉 The main creative software used are the Adobe and Figma suite

👉 We can also export your designs to the following tools: Powerpoint / Google Slides / Canva
On the other hand, our designers do not work on the following software:
❌ Sketch
❌ Tools for emailing (Mailchimp, Sendinblue...)
❌ Word, Excel
💡 Reminder: our designers do not manage the writing, editing and correction of written content. They only manage graphic creation.

We deliver on average within 1 to 3 working days for standard orders.

Your project manager will keep you informed as soon as possible after receiving your file if the deadlines can be slightly extended.

What is a standard order?
A social media/web visual, a 2 to 4 page commercial placard, an infographic, a poster, a flyer, a packaging...
=> 1 to 3 days delay for standard order.

What is a more complex / voluminous order?
A set of 100 duplicates for social media, a 50-page brochure, a 30-page corporate presentation...
=> Delivery times: 4/5 pages per day – 20 duplicates for social media per day

Yes, the lead time may be a little longer for the first 3 or 4 orders.

Indeed, the team must identify and understand all the graphic codes of your brand and your expectations, in order to propose the graphic project that suits you.

We do not offer delivery on the same day but we deliver on average within 1 to 3 working days for standard orders*.

Background:
*A standard command is a social media/web visual, a commercial placard of 2 to 4 pages, an infographic, a poster, a flyer, a packaging...

A more complex order is a set of 100 duplicates for social media, a brochure of 50 pages, a business presentation of 30 pages...

You can start with a one month package, without commitment,
then stop freely with 15 days notice.

Feazer offers three types of subscription.
The scope of services varies according to the type of subscription:

Ultimate > Start + Essential + Motion Design

✅ The Feazer solution offers total flexibility: you can change subscriptions at any time depending on the evolution of your needs, just inform your Project Leader.

To activate one or more new subscription formulas, you must wait 2 working days.

Yes, you get a discount if you decide to commit for 6 months (~10% reduction) or over 1 year (~20% discount).

If you want to change your subscription, two solutions are available:

✅ Solution 1:
Contact your Project Leader directly and explain the subscription changes you want to make.

✅ 2nd solution: go to the platform and follow the following steps
Click Customer Support:
Click New Ticket and create a new ticket
Indicate in « Subject » : « Edit My Subscription », select the last current order, then indicate what you want to change in your subscription. Finally, click Send message.

Yes, you can pause your subscription. To do this, you must send a message to your Project Leader.

If you are not satisfied with our solution during the first 30 days:

You didn't validate a project
You didn't get the source files in the first month
Then you can benefit from the guarantee satisfied or refunded.

We would hate to see you leave! 💔

Before making your decision, we would sincerely like to understand what is happening and why you are considering cancelling.

Therefore, we invite you now to send a message on the platform to your Project Manager or email address: support@feazer.com explaining the reason for your cancellation request.

Cancellations:
Depending on your subscription of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, your commitment is automatically renewed (same commitment period as the initial subscription). Thus, to terminate the tacit renewal, you must notify us no more than 15 days before the anniversary date of your subscription.
Example: your start subscription at 890€ (6 months) began on 15 January and ends on 14 July, so you must inform us on 30 June. Failing this, your subscription will be renewed from 15 July to 14 January.

The services that Feazer does not offer are:

Make:

• Creation of logo
• Creating a comprehensive and detailed graphic charter

Software:

• Media production outside the Adobe or Figma suite (we don't do graphics in Word, Excel, emailing tools, Sketch...)

Web Design:

• Mobile application UI design.
• Web/app UX design.
• HTML / CSS or any other programming language

Writing / Copywriting:

• Content / Writing / Data (Creation, writing, editing and correction of written content)
• Generation of QR Codes and barcodes produced.

Integration:

• Integration of graphic visuals into third party solutions (Mailchimp, Amazon, Facebook...)

Photos / Videos :

• Complex photo editing and editing
• Video and photo capture on site

Printing media:

• All types of printing

Yes, you can create multiple commands and we encourage you to create as many commands as you want so we can check them in advance.

Reminder: we can process 1 order at a time with 1 subscription, 2 orders at a time with 2 subscriptions...

You can write your order in English or French.

If you are unable to create a new order, we would like to thank you for creating a ticket on the platform and for informing your Project Manager so that you can react as quickly as possible. 🤝

If you need to produce more, please add one or more subscription(s).

Some customers have up to 10 subscriptions because they have many graphic projects waiting.

If you meet a « bug » on the platform, we recommend that you create a ticket on the platform and inform your Project Leader as soon as possible.

👉 As a reminder, here are the steps to create a platform ticket:

1. Click « Customer Support »
2. Click « New ticket »
3. Indicate « I can't create a new command » space « Subject »
4. Click « Send a message ».

Unfortunately no, you cannot remove your drafts.

However, you can ask your Project Leader to remove your drafts.

The number of orders processed depends on the number of current subscriptions:
Examples:
👉 1 subscription = 1 order processed at once
👉 2 subscriptions = 2 orders processed at once
👉 3 subscriptions = 3 orders processed at once
etc.

👍 The number of subscriptions is unlimited.

No, the revisions are unlimited.

Reminder: If you wish to make adjustments to the current order, please inform your dedicated Project Manager.

The status of the order can only be changed by the Project Leader.

If you want to change the status of an order, we recommend that you send a message to your Project Leader, via a message on the platform. 👨‍💻

👉 A standard order is for example an infographic, a post for social networks, a 4-page booklet, a GIF, ....

👉 An order is categorized as non-standard when it is bulky (e.g. 50 page presentation) or complex (e.g. 10 minute motion design that includes several effects).

For information, when your order is classified as non-standard, it cannot be delivered within 3 working days. Your Project Leader will inform you of the delivery time required to share the V1.

The mention « Unlimited commands and revisions » means you can create as many commands/briefs as you want on the Feazer platform.

Reminder: we process only one order at a time, if you have only one subscription. After validation of your order, we close it and proceed to the next order.

Do you need to manage multiple projects at the same time? No problem, just add a subscription.

Here is the difference between creation and execution at Feazer:

Creation:
👉 Feazer proposes / creates a « Look & Feel ».
Our designers tailor your graphic project to meet your expectations and your branding.

Implementation:
👉 The client has the visual and the role of Feazer is to duplicate the format.

👉 The client asks Feazer to modify the text only.
Our designers apply your graphic instructions to the letter and do not develop any new design.

When you have validated an order, we will send you a satisfaction questionnaire, in order to best follow our collaboration. 🤝

If you can't log in to your account because you have forgotten your password, simply go to the Feazer platform and click on « Forgot password? » From the login page.

From there, you should be able to enter your e-mail (the e-mail address you normally use to log in and send requests) and receive instructions on how to reset your password.

👉 If you encounter difficulties in changing your password, please inform your Project Leader.

You can find all your invoices on your Feazer account (left of the homepage).

The means of payment available to you are:

✅ Sepa transfer
✅ Payment by card

If you do not find the invoices, you do not have the status of account manager because only the account manager Feazer has access to the invoices. Team members therefore have no access.

If you do not find the invoices and you are a Feazer account manager, we would like to thank you for creating a ticket on the platform and for informing your Project Manager so that you can react as quickly as possible. 🤝

Here are the steps to create a platform ticket:

The design deliverables are the property of the guests, Feazer does not own the property. As soon as the command is validated, we send the original files in Adobe, JPG, PNG, SVG or PDF format.
As a result, ownership of all graphic projects is transferred to clients.
